The South Asia has been gloriously introduced by ancient Sindu valley civilization around the world. But unfortunately before three thousand years ago caste hierarchy born system was established in Indian sub-continental area.

The prevailing Hindu caste system notion of birth fatalism which determined caste social status and perpetuated to Dalit by untouchability caste discrimination injustice social behavior. The caste discrimination has focus high priority to the born system irrelevant phenomena. Those who born in so-called high caste than ruling class state and society has given guarantee for obtaining knowledge, education, wisdom, power, and property. Ruling caste automatically consume socially, economically high than Dalits on prevailing unequal social structure.

Since long years’ ruler caste has obtained knowledge, power and property from social and political regime by caste hierarchy system. But when those who born in Dalit low caste community than state and prevailing social system has blocked, segregation and persecution to the Dalit for access of power, wisdom, knowledge and property.

So unequal exiting Untouchability social structure is a root cause for exploitation to Dalit by caste derogatory, discern regime. Although ,2015 Nepal’s constitution Dalit fundamental right and legal authority endorsed to announce Dalit are free but social practice untouchability disgraceful things still alive. So we are going to struggle against caste discrimination system for build egalitarian society.

Vision

The vision of Dalit Welfare Association (DWA) is support new nation building path for established to equal, justifiable caste discrimination less society

Mission

DWA understand that only the change political system and their government do not elimination caste discrimination so caste derogatory system will not change when Dalit will not
reach in the state power, decision making bodies.

Strategy

DWA strategy is encompassing to all advocacy tools and techniques for ensure Dalit fundamental rights, poverty eradication, Dalit emancipation thought formulation and Dalit leadership development and build Dalit stark organization for complete equation to DWA vision, mission and Dalit bright hopes

02. To breaking culture of silence of Dalit community for battle against Dalit dominance Untouchability prejudice system for brings Dalit in national development mainstream
03. To discourse on fusion of class struggle and caste struggle for elimination caste discrimination derogatory system from Nepali society.
04. To concentrate for unfold against existing Untouchability Hindu orthodox social unequal structure which is a root cause for Dalit exploitation so we attempt for abolished this false consensus caste discrimination inborn irrelevant phenomena from the social repression.
